Dr. Dennis provides complete women’s healthcare assessment and treatment for obstetrical and gynecological related conditions.

Obstetrics

We provide a full range of obstetrical services for low risk and high risk patients, while employing appropriate consultations when indicated.  Our services include ultrasound, first trimester nuchal translucency screening, obstetrical ultrasounds, and non-stress tests.  We deliver at Sharp Mary Birch Hospital which has 24 hour anesthesia dedicated to obstetrics and a level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Preventative / Wellness Care

We also offer complete well-woman exams which include comprehensive physical examinations, a review of your relevant medical and family history, and appropriate screening as indicated.  Such tests may include pap tests, lipid (chlolesterol) screening, thyroid screening, BRCA genetic testing, ultrasounds, breast cancer screening, and bone-density tests among others.  HPV vaccination is also offered to our patients.  Some of these tests will require a referral or separate appointment to be accomplished.  We also work closely with many area specialists and primary care physicians if they or you prefer we monitor your reproductive health only.

Menopause / Hormones

Dr. Dennis is experienced in handling the often frustrating and difficult issues related to hormone imbalance.  Her approach is based upon finding what works best for the individual while applying sound medical and non-medical treatments.

Office Gynecology

We have extensive experience managing abnormal pap smears, Human Papilloma Virus infections (HPV), pelvic infections, contraception including tubal ligations, IUDs, Implanon ®, birth control pills, natural family planning, and others.

Surgery / Procedures

We offer traditional surgeries such as hysterectomies, tubal ligations, bladder, recto-vaginal and uterine prolapse procedures.  In addition, we offer minimally invasive options such as Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy, Essure® tubal blockage,  Novasure ablation among others.  We also welcome second opinions if you would like us to review your options.
